Programme Transfer
Introduction
The Programme Transfer feature allows administrators to change the programme a student is enrolled in after acceptance. This may be necessary if the student switches to a different cohort of the same programme or, in limited cases, to a different programme.
?? Transfers should be carefully considered to maintain academic history and integrity of grades.
Key Considerations Before Transfer
-
Grades and Academic History
-
Once a student has started a programme and grades have been added, transferring to a different programme is not recommended.
-
Courses from the original programme that are not on the new programme map will appear in the Grades Fix Tool on the Student Academic Progression page.
-
Programme Map Differences
-
If the new programme has more than 10% different courses and the student has completed over a year, a new application is strongly recommended.
-
This ensures that academic history and grades are properly maintained.
