Once a course is published, it cannot be directly edited. To make changes, a new version of the course must be created. This ensures that historical data and GPA calculations remain accurate while allowing updates for future programme offerings.
When to Create a New Version
Create a new version of a course if you need to:

Correct an error in Credits or Weighting.

Update Course Code or Title.

Steps to Create a New Version of a Course

Navigate to Programme > Course Version.

Locate the published course by entering the course code.

Save the new version.
Points to Note

Historical data linked to the original course remains intact.

The new version will be available for inclusion in future programme offerings.

Students already registered in the original course are not affected by the new version.
