Generating Claims

Introduction

Claims are generated based on the attendance recorded for a specific period. It is important that all attendance has been marked before generating a claim to ensure accuracy.


Steps to Generate a Claim

  1. Navigate to: Training > Mark and View Attendance

  2. Go to the Claims tab.

  3. Ensure attendance is marked for the period you want to generate the claim for.

  4. Enter the Start Date and End Date for the claim period.

  5. Enter the rate if it is not already prefilled.

  6. Click the Generate button.

  7. An Excel file will be downloaded containing the claim details.


Notes

  • Claims cannot be accurately generated if attendance has not been marked.

  • Review the Excel file to ensure that all entries are correct before processing further.
